At SMG Detailing, we are committed to delivering professional vehicle detailing services to the highest possible standard. By booking any of our services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

We aim to provide exceptional workmanship, honest advice, and a professional customer experience at all times. Whilst every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, outcomes may vary depending on the age, condition, and previous treatment of the vehicle.

Please take the time to read our Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking, as they form part of our agreement to provide services.

Detailing Location

To carry out our services, we require a safe and suitable working area. For insurance, staff safety, and vehicle protection reasons, we cannot work on vehicles parked on main roads, busy or narrow roads, or in locations where safe access is restricted. We are also unable to operate in pay and display car parks.

If you are unsure whether your location is suitable, please contact us before booking. Failure to provide a suitable working environment may result in the booking being postponed or cancelled, and cancellation charges may apply.

Vehicle Condition

Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled interiors, including excessive pet hair, mud, mould, vomit, bodily fluids, or other biohazards, due to the extra time and specialist cleaning required.

We strongly recommend sending photos before booking so we can provide an accurate quotation. If the vehicle's condition differs significantly from what was disclosed, the final price may be adjusted prior to work commencing, and additional charges or cancellation fees may apply.
